Using ZBANI

ZBANI provides browser games, guides, community features, and related publisher content for personal and lawful use. Games and services are provided as available. We cannot promise that every game, feature, score, saved progress, external publisher service, or community tool will always be available or uninterrupted.

You must not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse the site, impersonate another person, create artificial activity, or use ZBANI for unlawful purposes.

ZBANI Originals and partner games

ZBANI Original games are created and published by ZBANI. Other games, game software, artwork, trademarks, and publisher services belong to their respective owners. Loading or playing a third-party game may also be subject to that publisher’s own terms and privacy policy.

ZBANI’s game guides, category pages, discovery tools, and community pages are publisher content created for our service. They do not transfer ownership of an external publisher’s game or artwork.

Play nice with other players

Community areas are for game discussion, tips, reactions, and conversation. Do not post abusive, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, private, or harmful material. Do not impersonate a person or misrepresent your connection to a studio, game, or player.

We may moderate, remove, or restrict content or access where we believe it is necessary to protect players, rights holders, advertisers, or the service.

Ads are not game controls

Advertising is visually separated from ZBANI content and game controls. Do not click ads artificially, use automated traffic, encourage ad clicks, or attempt to interfere with advertising delivery or measurement.

You may see advertising supplied by ZBANI and, within externally published games, advertisements controlled by that game’s publisher. Those are separate services.

Keeping the terms current

We may update these terms as ZBANI grows. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the update to the extent permitted by applicable law.
